What is God trying to point out to us daily?  What is He saying?

Faith is not just an intellectual exercise. It’s a relationship with the Lord.
Slowly reading and meditating upon the Word of God daily
is a great way to "hear" the Lord's voice and deepen one's prayer life.
See our Daily Readings section to read scripture "in union with the Church";
a meaningful way organized by the Church to be coherent and complete.

Here are some pages with various reflections and meditations
to help us in our daily walk and spiritual growth:

The American Catholic site provides a daily Minute Meditations page
providing quick but profound food for thought for your spiritual quiet times.

Two great summary documents by the Love & Responsibility Foundation:
Pope John Paul II on Love & Responsibility
Freedom, Truth, Gift, Communion: JP2’s Theology of the Body

two other great sites that further expound upon them.

What about Fasting ?

E5 Men
“Husbands, love your wives as Christ loved the Church and gave himself up for her.”  (Eph. 5)
Jesus gave up his body for his bride, the Church, and E5 Men give up their bodies for their brides through fasting.

Pope's Prayer Intentions

The site links below provide
the Holy Father’s two Prayer Intentions for this month;
one "General" and one related to "Mission".

We should try and understand well the intentions
for which we pray daily in the Morning Offering
(below).

Traditional Morning Offering
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary,
I offer thee all my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day
for all the intentions of thy Sacred Heart,
in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world,
in reparation for our sins,
for the intentions of all our associates,
and in particular for the intentions of the Holy Father. Amen.
